I am Alessandro and in life I am a chef de cuisine, I have been doing it for 25 years and more, and I do it with passion and love, in my career I have worked and still work in important restaurants and hotels, where I have learned to love this passion that has become a job.
Over the years, contact with customers has become more frequent and for this reason I have already started a few years ago to go to customers' homes to cook for them or more simply to do demonstrations or cooking courses.
The difference between cooking in a restaurant or cooking at home is in the synergy that is created between the client and me, in the direct human relationship, a sort of friendship is born united by cooking.
If you request this service it is because you want a unique experience, you want to try to amaze or simply you want to eat like in a gourmet restaurant sitting comfortably at home.
How it works
it's all very simple, you can choose one of the menus already set up by me, or you can decide everything yourself.
at the first contact I will ask you the date of the event, the number of people and if you will choose one of the standard menus or if you would like to have a personalized menu based on your needs.
then I will need to know what kind of equipment you have in the kitchen, if you need the mise en place and table linens and I will probably need some photos of the kitchen itself to understand the spaces.
THIS IS A HOME COOKING SERVICE, SO MOST OF THE PREPARATIONS WILL BE DONE AT YOUR HOME. IT IS NOT A CATERING WHERE I BRING THE THINGS ALREADY PREPARED TO THE LABORATORY.
The service will be for a minimum of 2 people, up to a maximum of 15 people, but if you have more guests don't worry, I will organize myself accordingly by bringing collaborators.
I will take care of everything, from shopping to final cleaning, you will just have to sit back and enjoy the evening with your guests
...but the price?
Let's start by saying that the quality of the products will be very high, all fresh and first choice raw materials, you will have bread and similar prepared at home, amuse buche to start and small pastries to end the meal, you will have the possibility to choose various menus and you can customize them to your liking, you can also request a personal waiter or a barman who will prepare a list of drinks of your choice, without worrying about having to drive because you will already be at home.
In your experience you will not only have to consider the hours that I will be with you, you will have to consider the time needed to study the menu, to find the raw materials from the various suppliers and to reach your home.
I can't tell you exactly what your final cost will be because many factors will affect it, but I can tell you that a service like mine that will be unforgettable for you will have a minimum cost per person of €115, yes you saw well only €115 to have gourmet cuisine directly from you.
